Geusseltbad in Maastricht: the vibrant setting for the ODMC short course

From Thursday to Sunday November 20 – 23, the Geusseltbad in Maastricht will be the vibrant setting for the Open Dutch Masters Championships short course. The event is organised by MZ&PC Maastricht, proudly celebrating its 90th anniversary this year, in collaboration with the KNZB Masters Swimming Taskforce.

With 936 masters from 157 clubs, these championships promise to be unique and spectacular once again. Over four days, 3,482 individual starts and 433 relays are planned, spread over 41 challenging programme numbers.

Under the familiar Masters motto “Fitness, Friendship and Understanding”, the focus is not only on achieving fast times, but above all on sportsmanship, mutual solidarity and fun in the water. Nevertheless, the competitions promise to be exciting: in every age category, there will be fierce competition for the national title. We are therefore looking forward to seeing new Dutch, European and perhaps even World Masters records being set.
